Returns for printed goods will not be accepted. Printed goods can be canceled before the you the customer have approved the final mock up design or final proof for a full refund. Once you the customer have approved the printing it will go into production and will not be refundable once in production. Please make sure to verify the design before approving the design.
Hardware is non refundable. Item damaged by shipment or by manufacture defect will be replaced. Items damaged in shipment will require a photograph of the box damaged and items not removed from the box.
